May 15th 2009 - Visit to HEC by David Taylor, Somerset's Corporate Director, Children and Young People's Directorate.
May 6th 2009 - Visit to HEC by representatives from DCSF, EO and Somerset's EHE team looking at models of good practice.
April 29th 2009 - Follow-up visit to HEC from local colleges to discuss exam centres for external HE candidates.
April 2009 - HEC production of an adaptation of 'Jungle Book' - Friday 3rd, 2pm & 6pm

Oct 2008 - Visit from an Educational Ranger from Ham Hill, as part of our Iron Age project.

Oct 2008 - Group visit to Maiden Castle for some 'historical fun'.
Sept 2008 - HEC information stand and rolling-sub football match at Chard Twinning Weekend.
Aug 2008 - Picnic at Charmouth beach.
July 2008 - Planning meeting to achieve a basic outline for the coming year at HEC.
July 2008 - Group visit to Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre and fossil foray along the beach.
June 2008 - HEC production - various short plays writen and performed by the children.
May 2008 - Guided woodland walk at Holyford Nature Reserve with the Education Ranger, plus making Wild garlic soup!
May 2008 - Educational group visit to Powderham Castle.
April 2008 - HEC AGM.
